Orienteering 5:15:00 [3]

Picking up controls from CNYO Rogaine. Left my keys at the second control so had to eat a long walk on the road and bunch of green contours to get them back. Glad we were able to find them the cost of breaking a car window and replacing the keys would have been a significant hit.

Quick trip to the gym. Long week of demolition activities starting to wear me down. Pounding the concrete slab with the sledgehammer was the most fun.

Orienteering 54:00 [3]

Trail Challenge 8K. No warmup and started too fast so was in oxygen debt by #5. Hard to slow down with everybody on the same course. Felt a little better the last few controls. Had a nice turnout of runners.

Getting slower so off to the track for some 400s. Pretty humid today so they were a bit of a struggle, but got them done.
