Very nice middle courses. Made a few mistakes on each one. The sprint was fun, but had a series of small mistakes that added a couple of minutes to my time. My total time is my total time.

Ok run on course 6 at Ottawa O Fest. No major mistakes, but temperature near 90 took its toll by the end.

Switched from Green to Red at the start. More than a hour on first control. Got too far west and then couldn't the yellow strip when I headed north to recover. OK the rest of the way except for 9 which I had to attack twice.Already over 3 hours so didn't do the last loop. It was time for lunch!
