Sprint O race 18:14 [5]

EOC sprint B final. Just under 3mins behind Leandersson - A and B had the same course.
This was a disgraceful course in the beginning. It actually felt like i was in Ireland running something crap in the Curragh. After the map change i had the wrong routes on the two longer legs. I went right for both. Left was better.
Again going slow in these races is my problem. I certainly gained motivation to get back training towards running for Ireland. But i think it's still going to take time for me somehow. The energy levels are so up and down. I'll just do whatever i can to stay active until such a time as i want to run alot comes back around. And i should probably hold back in these stockholm city cup races coming up because the two EOC races took their toll on my body and brain afterwards. The body rememebers how to run hard but it's not able for it. So i'm just doing the wrong kind of punishment on myself. Basic training is what's needed right now. But i can't resist entering the races to stay in touch with O.

EOC sprint quali.
Had to stop dead for 5-10 seconds on the main early route choice leg. Still i went right. Overall just a bit slow running. Not any mistakes. It was easy after the that hard route choice in the beginning.
