No point trying to catch up anything too soon. I'm feeling happy with doing something everyday for seven days. A bit of an achievement. Commitment was a problem after taking so many rest days this winter/spring. But now i'm feeling the energy back in me and no back problem. I'll do a few stretches after a lunch walk today.

So it's a bit of a revelation since i was taking the lift up 3 flights at work, putting my legs up on a small stool at work, and other lazy things. I'm just trying these past couple of months to be more active and stand up more at my desk. There's no rest for the weary.
