Terräng intervaller: uphill, across the top, downhill, track, marsh, track. With around 2mins of walking/jogging recovery inbetween.
My right knee was just fine all day today and also when i started running. I knocked my left foot on the final interval. It's a tiny bit sore but it'll probably be alright quick enough.

I slept in Harberg and Mattssons couch near the event center. I was about to step on the bus this morning but after the 30min walk, and then sitting for 10mins in the queue, my knee was sore and i fought the urge to run today. I did my stupid running with a pain yesterday. Today i took the scheduled rest day and iced the knee twice. Enjoy those peas Nick! mu ha ha ha
In the evening i spectated the elitserien sprint in Orebro center. It was a crappy race to spectate with no gps and no map samples shown on the big screen. It would have been the same to watch it online, just Forsberg announcing the results and nothing more. So i went away into the course for the last few starters and saw them run by spot twice.

My right knee started hurting at the end of yesterdays long run. Today it was sore on the warm up. It's just some minor tissue damage i guess, could be good with a few days off running. Since i got myself all the way from Stockholm to Hallsberg with 90mins sleep i didn't feel like skipping the course.

Oringen day 2: Open course 9.
I came for having controls on a training session! We didn't start in the nice technical area like the other hard courses but we had some light green to get through at the beginning. It wasn't a bad middle course. I had too many small mistakes. Fastest run in split of the day though! Get sum!

My knee wasn't so sore after the first kilometer on the course. But when i finished it was a little sore, i also got talking to one or two people at the results board so when i went to cool down i couldn't be arsed.
