Note
Physio this morning. I commented to him how, when running, my back doesn't hurt or anything, but afterwards i feel like it's all compressed and i need to do a massive amount of stretching and relief.
So we've decided that I'm going to limit my running for the next two weeks until i see the physio again (I've decided to keep playing netball which is for 36min once a week), which should be a good tester but also bad as QB3 falls within that 2 week period. Luckily he said that i can replace my running with cycling as i don't get any pain from it, and he also said that it won't shorten my hip flexor or do anything to undermine the progress we're trying to achieve with it.
I've got all my exercises. Last month we focused on my core and hip flexors. My core has gotten stronger but it hasn't alleviated any pain. So i'm to continue with the core stuff and all his other exercises, but with a focus on the hip flexors (he's given me a few more exercises to focus on them), so hopefully there is an improvement in the next couple of weeks!
UPDATE: I've entered QB3 but with the intention of walking - i have also entered W21AS for the long day so that i won't have to pull out of the course and can *hopefully* finish it.
