WE WON (:

it was a pretty intense game (: we lost the 1st quarter by 2 points. lost the 2nd quarter by 4points and lost the 3rd quarter by 5points. then we came back and kicked bumm (: haha

it was sooo hot though :P felt like i was gonna be sick :P
and apparently tomorrow is sposed to be hotter gahhh (:

our teacher joined in to make up the numbers and he's a pretty tall man. HE TOWERED OVER ME!!! it was pretty scary (: haha

i have a sore throat and am getting a runny nose gahhhh :P

9 x 100m freestyle with 20sec rest
8 x 50m kick no flippers

100m backstroke warm-down

a little boy was at training and wanted to stop (he was like 6) but i got him smiling again (:
my friend didnt come and she keeps my flippers in her bag so i didnt have any :P

this was really fun (: we weren't playing properly and were just mucking around (: our PE teacher kept on trying to pull us up for stuff and was saying that we weren't playing properly but in the end he said that he was just gonna let us go coz we were having fun and if he got all technical with the rules we would lose motivation :P good ol Dalmo (:

i was definately in the mood for some hard yakka today. felt like i needed a good exhaustion. was good at the time but now, trying to do my Legal Studies assignment, exhaustion doesn't exactly help (:

was hard and we did a lot of sprints and push-ups and sit-ups. played a game of touch to warmup (: we ended up doing suicides gahhh. we were going to start from the halfway line in footy (about 50m from the try-line) but then some guys weren't doing it properly so the trainer took it back to the dead-ball line at the other end of the field, 100m away gahhh. i started out at the end and ended up tying with a NSW rep for Athletics. (: we were sprinting one way but jogging the other, this guy had the fitness to sprint but not to hold it up and keep it up so i caught up to him after every jog (:
