Fitness @ Footy 1:10:00 [5]
i was definately in the mood for some hard yakka today. felt like i needed a good exhaustion. was good at the time but now, trying to do my Legal Studies assignment, exhaustion doesn't exactly help (:
was hard and we did a lot of sprints and push-ups and sit-ups. played a game of touch to warmup (: we ended up doing suicides gahhh. we were going to start from the halfway line in footy (about 50m from the try-line) but then some guys weren't doing it properly so the trainer took it back to the dead-ball line at the other end of the field, 100m away gahhh. i started out at the end and ended up tying with a NSW rep for Athletics. (: we were sprinting one way but jogging the other, this guy had the fitness to sprint but not to hold it up and keep it up so i caught up to him after every jog (:
