8.716km with 58m climb in 0:49:59. Bok training intervals on the downs. 1,2,3,2,1,1,2,3,2,1. 1 minute recovery apart from after the 3s when we had 2. Died on the first 3 gently up hill and having to work to stay with Tommi was not up to it. Was better after that although Tommi was having his own issues and I probably slowed. Knackered at end.
