Pushed hard and had a good race, but the heat was taking its toll. My knee seems to be getting better after Swiss O Week (slipped in the mud and landed on a rock). I think that it might just be my ITB that is inflamed from some sort of overcompensation caused by the initial trauma.
Way too much time in HR zone 4, but I think this might just be from the heat. Good to see that I can actually still go up that high.
Win by more than 4 minutes. Looking forward to the Sprint Champs and the City race in a few weeks' time.
