(sick) (rest day)

Had to go into the hospital again and only got 2 and a half hours of sleep (my legs were itching like crazy) so I decided to take another rest day just to get completely over being sick.

Haven't been sick for two and a half years, and I am not sure if this counts as being sick :P. I seem to have the immune system of a machine and missing one track session is not too bad in my eyes.

Had been struggling a bit with a sore throat (that disappeared) on monday and tuesday. Had felt pretty crap at the circuit training yesterday too... Thought that I would just see how it went. Felt pretty crap and was on call so took my rest day early.
