Went to the physio yesterday (went back to the physio that I had at world games because my other physio is running the Puffer). Turns out that I am a bit biomechanically out of whack and that was why my knee was hurting. Might have been from Western Cape champs when I twisted my ankle and didn't go to the physio... So anyway, lots of ankle exercises (to get more movement in my left ankle) and then some adductor strengthening and a lot of stretching. Doesn't affect my running speed (I actually seem to be running fast without realising it), but I do need to sort it out. (I could maybe run even faster ;) )
