Original idea was to do some intervals, but I will do that next week. Just couldn't pass up the opportunity to run the course "properly". Enjoyed being back in the sprint of things as it were.
Slowed down through the railway section to avoid tripping over the wires and railway lines, but other than that I had a relatively clean run. I was reading a ahead well and was able to plan routes quite well. Map memory seemed to be on form as well.
Going to take tomorrow slightly easier, hopefully with a short gym session.
