Should have run on friday but after the drive out to the Pilanesberg I was finished. Did 2 hours of walking in the nature reserve and saw Rhino which was really cool. Time to get back into the swing of things though. The five day isn't far away.
Training plan:
80 minutes on Sunday
Hills in the morning and speed afternoon on tuesday and thursday
50 minutes every other day
