Had quite a nice circuit today, all these new things that I don't know how to do. It was a lot of fun, hopefully I won't be stiff.

I did 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100. I then did 4 tempo runs, jogging to halfway and then sprinting the rest of the 100m stretch.

So all in all it was 2.9 km.

Just took a ride to Jeppe Boys to do a speed work session. I ended up riding there and back which is about 6km altogether.

Just wanted to take my bike out for a spin today. It was rather wet which means that it wasn't very good to brake on downhills, had a few lockups which was fun. Hopefully will get to do a longer session later this week in preparation for the mtb-o.
