Time to get back into this sprint thing...

Started off alright, but I need to be less scared when taking on obstacles (like rubbish sites and rivers) that I would usually try to avoid (instead of going straight across).

Probably lost a good 30 seconds just on that today which is a bit stupid. I tried to go straight for the river but then didn't commit which lost me a lot of time. Some straighter route choices would also have helped.

Good run by Tim though.

Time to get some more speed training and strength into the program. At least I will be relatively free from March.

I tried to put "lots" under the climb section, but apparently it wasn't a valid entry.

Was a really nice race until about 10km when it starts to get really hilly. The last 2km are not very enjoyable after that, with probably a 60m climb in the last km. (if not more)

Not a lot of sleep either last night so I am relatively happy with the race. (I was waking up scratching myself to death)
