Really stupid session. My coach was angry because only three people medalled on the weekend, his solution doesn't really make sense. Too long and too hard.

Went to the physio before training and after a few needles and some massage it feels a lot better. Not so sure about after training now. So peptopro, deep heat, massage and compression socks for the night.

My physio seems quite keen to be a manager for the SA team when we have to go overseas. She is a seasoned trail runner and having a physio as a manager is probably the best idea ever.

Had to run from the car park all the way to the Long distance forest. It is a hell of a climb as well...

Around an hour on the GOC long course. They have felled a bit more forest than in June, but it was still great to get out on a new map!

In the afternoon I had to set out controls in the middle and relay area from SA champs for some people that were doing a fun event on the Sunday.
