Pretty decent run on a new map. A lot of rocks slowing me down from running fast but my route choice felt good and probably could have only saved myself 2-3 mins on the course. Also felt nice to be on a new map and new terrain and just pick up a nice flow and to have control. This was also good prep for Seattle next weekend!

Hour long score-O but time wasn't a factor since i knew the park was small enough that I knew i would get them all. The question was how fast? goal was 40 mins but once i got to about half was I decided 30mins was a good time so i was just a little off of it. #lightwork

Teaching my friend Rich to orienteer today. Walked most of up and jogged some parts. I must be a good teacher because he picked it up fast and then sent him on a yellow course which he did very well on. Always fun to introduce new people to the sport and have them love it.

track meet

long warm up and stretching to get loose

then ran the anchor leg of the 4x800M in 2:24. wasn't my best race but competitive track just isn't attractive to me anymore. focus is more towards orienteering. overall we got second but lost to a tough team

Felt really good on my 40 min run and took on barley sheaf road which is just a monster of a hill. Spent 10mins of my run on it. Then came back to school down the VA. After run had 8x110m for some quick speed.

Used the this new work out device at school. Was very good testing it out and seeing how man muscles you can work with it. Then did some abs at the end of the period.

easy run in the morning felt pretty good other than the head/cross wind i had to fight for most of the run. Anyways I'm getting more motivation to just get up and go running for whatever time it is. Maybe going biking after i get my trunk fixed on my car.
