havent been able to do as much running as i would want to since track is over. I need to be determined and do runs like this maybe 2 or 3 times a week.

Overall this was a great run at French Creek and it was very fun with climbing mountains and the the descents were pretty epic. Not as rocky as i though it would have been so that was a plus. Also was reading a map and tracking where i was going. After my run i did 6X110 sprints. Was a really good way to burnout after my run.

Today is my rest day

Did some dynamic stretching.

Then did a 10 min run and afterwards we had six 110's.

Monday May 9, 2011 #

Warmed up by doing static stretching. Then 2KM run around 8 mins. Then more static stretching and speed burst.

Now onto the workout. Today we did:

4X200M at a 32 to 34 second pace. 100M resting jog between each
800M resting jog
800M around 3 mins for me
800M resting jog
4X200M at a 33 to 36 second pace. 100M resting jog between each

Legs were tight from racing this weekend but overall the workout went well. Went in the whirl pool after wards and iced my legs down. Felt REALY GOOD! :D
