After practice, jumped in the car and headed to West Point for the Middle course. Shocked the system back into Orienteering mode. Took every easy way to each control that I could, legs kinda tired...
not my best practice. We did mostly drills and technique... guess that is why it didn't go so well. We were also at really low stroke ratings, and at one point I thought I was doing well and it finally felt really good... and then I realized we were 2 beats higher in the stroke ratings then we were supposed to be... oh well, guess I just need to go fast all the time...

Kept on moving to the port side, which was annoying because then I kept having to pull harder on that side, then my partner realized (at the end of the row) that her feet were angled in a weird way... not sure how she didn't realize it but needless to say, I got a good right arm workout...
