It was a early morning so we left our cottage maybe a little too late (to get the precious sleeping minutes). Also I didn't know that there was still quite the way from pre-start to the actual start so I was ½min late from my start. And rather exhausted.

FC long distance finals - B3

Better navigating and little bit better physical day today. Still took the downhills very carfully but managed to run most of the way. Some hesitation and 15s mistakes especially at the difficult last controls.

FC long distance

Last weekend showed that me and my ankle aren't ready for long distance but I went anyway. Was expecting so much from the praised terrain. Took it easy with the ankle.

Not too many navigational problems except doing some zigzagging with Ruhis on the way to #2.
