What you get when you go to do a training with Tuomo and All-in: a tired body.
Had to start walking at one point and the guys continued running. Still got the 1000m+ ascent (Polar showed 1005m).

- last lap's last half felt like it should

Cons
- achilles tendons were bad in the beginning and in the warm down
- my shoes had grip only in the uphill when I ran on snowy grass (there I got 50m gap to Sanna, but she catched me back on Kankaankatu)
- time is pathetic
