Shin didn't feel bad yesterday but apparently it got worse. not really bad but I'd like it to get better so skipped running.

5 x 1000 m at Vierumäki. Start every 5min (so less than normally). Also different in that way that the plan was to do the best possible avg time.
Maybe a bit too slow first laps since the last one felt quite fresh. Can't remember when was the last time that I could've gotten HR that high. Especially without any climb.
Last lap 35-36s when all the other 43-45s.

O-training right after the 1000s. First 1/3 felt good, middle third started felt hungry, last one was a battle. Found the famous #16 quite well but didn't realise it was red/yellow snitselband so searched a bit more.

Knee was a bit better till the first up hill. So some mark of improvement.

Left shin is very sore and on top of that, somehow right knee as well. No problem if I take one step in stairs but a double step is like knife to the kneecap.

Monday long with Assu, jusbet, kookoo and Kaunetsalo. For some reason left shin quite bad. Especially downhills.
Lanupuisto is 50m higher than Vesijärvi (40-45m from the street). Quite a bit.
