Youngsters FC skiing and two meetings. Was planned to ski to Tapanila to the second meeting but forgot the first one and had to use car.

Not my day.. Pyramide training at Vierumäki. 200-400-...1200..-200m.
Some how lost energy after the longest ones. No lactate, no out of breath just tired. Last 200m was the only one I had energy to do "fast".
Had planned to skip the o-training afterwards cause of the women's relay the same time but now got a good reason for that. Had to change shoes half way cause spiked ones got my achilles tendon all bloody.

Anybody have 4 x 18650 batteries? My new chinese miracle came today but didn't read the small print (batteries not included). Would like to test is this good or not that how much money will I put to the batteries.
