Hills in quite "runnable" hill. With increasing pace. Last one felt exquisite.

Didn't feel that exquisite anymore when trying to climb up to the golf course. Saw a hearse parked at Arvi-Hauvosentie and thought that could be a sign. I was "dead" tired right after that.
First time on top of a lake this year.

Shouldn't have read about the chocolate milk from the front page. Now I drink a cup after every training.

Monday long with Assu and Kaunetsalo. About half an hour alone.
Back felt so good and knee was OKish so I thought to run a bit longer one. Even the almost -20 temperature didn't feel that bad when running felt good.
