Back home. Tried out at Heinsuo final straight that what kind of speed I could build if I was head to head with Northug. Movescount says 36 km/h (on pretty much flat surface).

Hill training at Liipola. Four climbs (+ warm up and down ones) with increasing pace. After every climb two fast sprints on gradual downhill.

Why does the recorded splits say our first kilometers were infact 0.45 and 0.53 km long? And auto 1km splits say the pace was 12min and above.

With Assu and kookoo. Back itself was OKish but left hamstring wasn't.
