Good timing from Suunnistajan Kauppa. 30min before I was leaving, got a txt-msg that my Supras are fixed and they wait me at the post office. My heels wouldn't have survived one more Integrator run.
Nice training but cruel showcase of my physics at the moment. Tytti, Timpuri and Koivis all stayed in front eventhough I tried my best.
Third and last loop had as much climbing as it was long (1,0km). At least it felt like it.
The best and most exciting part was yet to come. Rautakorpi - Jokimaa was so tough route choice that I let Nokia decide the shortest way. At one point the road was about 90% width of a Corolla and my fuel gauge had had the light on for 50-60km.

Left a bit late from the tent and after toilet I continued the road onwards. After a while realised no-one is going this way. 180 degree turn and a small increase in pace (last km with a bit over 4min).

Prisma-rastit
Too much stones, fallen trees and stuff on the way for my agile movement. To top that, those 25€ integrators aren't the best for my heels (blisters). At least it was fun in this absolutely great terrain. Only down side was the paths that last year's Fin5 people had made.
Couple of mistakes. #2 I don't get.. Half way I was on the map. On #8 I thought I was climbing the right hill (just before the cp).

LS-37 weekly evening event in Hälvälä.
Mässive mistake to #1. Then decided that was the only one and went mistake-free 'til #10 where I stopped 20m before the control.
On 8-11 I tried to keep some sort of pace, otherwise basic jogging.

Thought I'd get back on putting the cyclings up here. There has been some cycling during the winter but nothing major. My mountain bike isn't the best for my back's position and the mummokonkeli has something wrong in its bearings. Thinking of putting some money on a new bike.
