Warm up, map training (5 maps chopped up to pieces and they had to be picked up one by one from the other side of the gym and put the puzzle together) and runnings between circuit training.

First some movements to stir up the puzzle making and then the real circuit training by Lea. First round 8 x 60s (two rounds around the gym in between) and then the real round: 8 x 30s with good tempo and one round of almost max pace running round the gym in between the movements. First strecthing after this.
