Hapardi "no time for anything else"-type of training. Had to leave towards Helsinki (pikkujoulut) at early afternoon. Glutes were kinda tender.

Warm up by running and all sorts of jumps etc.
Next ultimate (rugby passing rule) with floorball ball.
30min of circuit training. Extra attention on glutes.

Orienteering (technique) 15:00 [1]

Some running and circuit training while doing a orienteering technique training.
We had teams, one member ran to the map, he took a one line of control description and tried to find it from the map. There was only one of each type of control description.

Korttelikuppi 1.
I was pretty heavily dosed so didn't expect much. Didn't feel anything in the back, knee ached at some points.
Few mistakes. First one at 7-8. On the map it looks the best but in the terrain didn't (1 - 5m of snow). Then the second one was that I forgot to visit the last control. I arrived to the finish, went inseide and while reading the emit I noticed myself from the map that "oh, there's a cp 15". They put a clock on and took the time for my visit to the cp.

Don't know what was wrong with my tracking system... My Nokia kept on asking which connection method I would like to use (wlan / internet / wap). Seems like it worked for few seconds and then nothing...

11h workday and massive back pain (or would be without pills).
Did a nice somersault while cycling to work. My brake pads were totally iced up and I noticed this in the half way of a downhill. Bicycle stopped to the bank, I didn't.

Monday run with Terkelsen, sulttaani, jusbet and Voimis.
For some reason my back was really "stiff" this morning. It got worse and worse over the day and it came close I wouldn't have gone running. Went anyway. Over an hour it was bad but I guess after that it got warm. At that point knee got worse.
