As a spectator at FC relay. Took some pics. Amongst them maybe one of the best orienteering pics I've taken (Jo. Lakanen).

Performance was pretty much sh*t. Both physical and technical. This led to the fact that I didn't get to the relay team which was the only goal for the autumn...

Orienteering race 35:40 [5] 4.6 km (7:45 / km)

FC middle distance B-final.
I was really disappointed to the morning's result and it came close that I would've skipped the B-final. But maybe once in a lifetime start line-up within one minute (four LS-37 guys same time, one 1min before and one 3min behind) got me almost pumped up again.
Took the #1 easy. Didn't want to copy morning's mistake. Also second one pretty slow but this was just cause it was a difficult one. #3 went well. Next one I pretty much just followed other guys in front of me. And after that followed jusbet to #5 and we made a small mistake. Then started to orienteer myself. Took the lead of our group and found #6 pretty well. Too much to the right on #7. #8 well. Leaving from #8, jusbet shouted to me that "watch out for the green!". And so I did, but only one guy followed me at this point. A bit too much to the right but a fast correction. #10 spot on. Also the rest of the course pretty well.
Running wasn't as good as it was two weeks ago. Maybe cause of the back or the medication for it. But I'm happy about the race. Over 50% of own navigation in a race where 7 guys starts every minute and only one real mistake.

Floorball 1:00:00 [1]

Workplace's floorball session.
Wasn't supposed to go but guys wanted me to cause of lack of players. I was defender all the way and took it really easy. Minimum bending of back.

Note
(injured) (rest day)

While putting the club tent into its bag yesterday I got a lightning strike type of feeling in lower left back. Gradually this led to the point that this morning it took a minute / sock to get them to my feet. Fortunately the doc gave me some nice pills and all the worries are gone.
It possibly wouldn't be bad idea to figure out the reason why my back does this every once in a while. After all it's the same spot every time.
