Running 1:10:00 [2] 12.0 km (5:50 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel DS Trainer XIII

I'm almost proud of myself. Today starts three day trip to Estonia so had to do a training straight from the bed. Otherways it would've been a rest day. The run was directed mostly to Hälvälä area. The previous run to this area with Jape gave me confident that no one shoots me eventhough it's military area.

Hapsu's o training at Tuohijärvi. Some butterflies and to finish it up, a corridor training with controls on the way. Physical and mental feeling was close to zero.

Hekuma hill. Short-long-short-long-short-long.
First short one felt really good. In the first long I felt really strong dysrhythmia in my heart for two beats. After that took it easy for few runs.
My heel is far from healing and running downhills got my left calf into rock hard mode (cause I couldn't step on the heel). This influenced also the uphill running a bit.
To the last long one I decided to give it all. Warned few guys that if I'm in the half way of the hill holding my chest, it's a stroke. Paxi left few seconds behind me and till this run we had the same pace. But not now. I was surprised I could push as well as I did and that it was my lungs and not legs that was the weakest link. Didn't get as near as much oxygen as I would've wanted.

Round Brick Lakes with some penalty loops. Some spurts to test am I fit for tomorrow's Hekuma hill.

The same night went and took some shots I've been waiting since I got the most recent (on thursday most likely not the most recent..) lens.
