7 PM

Cycling 0 20:00 [2] 11.0 km (1:49 / km)

Football 1:45:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Adidas Copa Mundial

I played first as LB, then LW, then DM, then CB, back to LB and rest of the game as Messi type all rounder in mid-field.
The pitch was pretty hard and my foot didnät enjoy it.

Cycling 0 35:00 [2] 11.0 km (3:11 / km)

Haven't done that much training so now I'll mark this cycling both ways. In fact this time I cycled pretty fast both ways cause of the world cup.

The tendon is in tense state all the time. And the pain is a bit worse eventhough almost total resting.

With the words of melodic poet H. Williams: "No'o, I never meant to brag..." but gotta say it feels good to see this at the top of a link to my shot:
"Detta tycker jag är en kandidat till årets OL-foto!"
Rest of the post at "alternativet.nu" stays a bit mystery, but who cares..
Here's my part of "official Jukola shots":

Running 25:00 [1] 4.5 km (5:33 / km)
(injured) shoes: Asics Gel DS Trainer XIII

Have been having this sore tendon at the bottom of my feet (quite in the middle, seems to go from the inner heel to ball) for over a month now. Soreness got worse before Jukola and now I had to make half a training cause it was pretty bad. There's a bit thicker part, close to heel, in that tendon (or is it a muscle...who knows...) and that's the most painful part. Good that I haven't booked any competitions for two months.
