At Vierumäki bubblehall. First one felt OK, second quite bad and in last one I ran only 400m cause it felt like sh*t.

Seems like something's happening with rhr and ohr.. Hopefully for the better.
At least cycling to work felt pretty good eventhough it had surprise, surprise snowed rather lot last night (and the snowplowers didn't have found their way to everywhere or the drivers had been driving under the influence..).

What the f*ck is happening now with the hr?!? Two days in a row the difference between max and the settled hr has been really slim when normally it has been over 10..

Workplace's session.
Some training after few rest days. Took it very easy so can't say much about the condition I'm at.

For some reason the hr settled for 56 quite fast and stayed there for 1½min..

Tonight my over two year row of all the yö- and korttelikuppi's will end... Hopefully it won't end in vain. At least I should have the possibility to continue the yökuppi row in few weeks time.

Took a lot more time for the hr to settle to the basic 50bpm... But more concerning was the rhr. I strapped the band on, went back to bed, relaxed and the beat went: 40..37..35..34....33.....32.......31, then I got so worried that the beat went up again.

After this I decided that I'll pass the monday run and only cycle with very slow pace to work.
