RaVi competition. Map: Höytiönnummi.
Made mistakes to #1, 3, 5, 9, 10, 13 and 15. Also my back hurt from lower left side and pollen allergy made breathing a bit difficult. Despite all of this, today I wouldn't have had any chance to compete with Wilho. I guess he made Jukola1 worth of run even though this wasn't a real qulification competition.

Ruuhilampi-Valklampi-Kolperinkangas-Kolmikulmalampi-Iso Holma-Mustalampi-Ruuhilampi. Using paths 98%. Jusbet's "shortcuts" made the route a bit longer than was supposed to. Running felt much better than this morning. This led to speed increasement at the end: 1987m in 9'07.

This was supposed to be easy 1h running but I guess we forgot to tell it to Miklos. After 1km of running he set the pace and it was faster than I had in mind.
We ran more on Kattila side so no need for Suunto Games ban for life.
Not sure about the time but distance should be ~OK.

Our district's sprint relay championships in Rakokivi.
Maybe 5s of mistakes, 5s of unneeded route choosing and possibly one bad route choise to last control (have to wait for the results and RG).
On the flats I was barely faster than Voimis but in uphills I flew past him. Not sure though was it because of me or him...

If Jusbet is doing leaps I guess I also have to.
I think the place was a bit too steep (a part of Heinsuo 5km track) cause the last leaps were really tough. Hamstrings were still a bit sore. Hopefully they won't bother me too much tomorrow or saturday.

I guess the monday runs are over for this season but I continued the tradition on my own. For some reason my hamstrings have been pretty tight for some time. They've never bothered me before. I've even done some streching but doesn't help.

Again did some extra cycling. From work I went to get Myllyoja '86 map from Hapsu. Some day that terrain's gonna be the stage of some Finnish championship competition. Mark my word.
I guess I'll draw the best bit (part of it) of it with ocad and organise a training there in some point.
