@ Energiahalli. First four-a-side then three-a-side. At the latter stage I dribbled my way through the whole court and put the ball to the goal through goalies legs. Also made a goal in a penalty shot. Could be a case of christmas miracle.

Monday run with sulttaani, jusbet and Paxi.
SC-Hennala-Jokimaa-Renkomäki-Ämmälä-Asemantausta-SC
Sulttaani kept the pace good in the beginning and after halfway Paxi and jusbet baled out. In the end sulttaani admitted that the pace might've been faster than normal (which he first denied).

5x1000m (start every 6min) in Pajulahti new 333m indoor track with aaanttol, sulttaani, joni, jusbet, Paxi and Lene.
Eventhough the times aren't my best times in this training, I'm satisfied with this time. Haven't done this type of training in over seven months. I had to eat few pieces of bread just before I left towards Pajulahti. It gave me pretty bad stomach cramp in the 4th interval. It also gave worse one in the last run but then I didn't let bother me.

It came out a bit longer than planned but running felt good. During the afternoon I thought I wouldn't go cause of the temperature but it seems I'm over the saturday's freezing.

Three times to Vuokatinvaara. First one felt really bad though the hr was low, second one some lactate and it felt still better than first, third felt bad from half way to finish.

Skiing with aaanttol and joni. Gliding was sh*t but still we managed to keep pretty good pace. We scheduled our arrival back to the appartment 2min before Kaisa Mäkkäri Mäksy Mäkäräinen started. We did three penalty loops on behalf of Kaisa but it seems we should've done one more.

Skiing with aaanttol and joni. First to Männistö and back and then 15km at Vuokatti underland. At the end my consciousness was so and so. Guys were putting to the test at the very first training.

We left for this run to rerun the last year's friday's run but now so that we find the UKK-route. We did find it but it vanished at one point. After some serious running / walking in knee deep snow we found it but it was still ankle deep. This part took so much time that we decided not to do the second forest loop but we ran straight to the appartment (I made a loop to S-market, running inside).

District's test run #1. Only two laps.
Wasn't sure should I go or not so I went. In the first Sammalsuonkatu uphill I realised how bad my shape is. Lactate was blurring my eyes but aaanttol just vanished into the distance. Then at the top I had to wait for four cars to cross and after that Aleksi was almost nowhere to be seen. The lactate level didn't go down before the second Sammalsuonkatu and after that I was dying. Soon after my upper left lung started to develop some pain. Ot got worse and worse and after few minutes it felt like some tried to get out from the lung with a dull knife. I switched to 90% speed and ended after two laps.
Only 0:33 min / km slower than a year ago...with one lap less...
