Back pains started the minute I stepped out of the airplane. Not sure is it the cold, more of a sitting environment or what...
Still I booked flights to Postás Kupa. Actually partially for the reason mentioned above.

First skiing of this winter and first training in Finland for in about two months. With jde and Mattias. Best Belgian skiiers I've ever seen. Showed them the Devil's Nest, Tiirismaa ski slope start place and Aino-Kaisa Saarinen. All the local sights.

I wouldn't mind more Belgian visitors:

I'm somewhat happy with this performance. Only one real (and it's a big one) mistake and further more, back was in pretty good shape. Maybe the warm air and change of scenery did work out after all.

First real work out that got my heart rate up in a while and I felt it a bit too well. My physical fittness can be compared to s*it at the moment. That plus rocky terrain (not good for my back) and we have this kinda km-pace.

Gonna skip tommorow.

First real running training within about two months. Went better than I thought. Very easy terrain to orienteer and to run so back/glute problem wasn't that bad.

Note

First visit to omt-physio yesterday. Nothing special yet. Mainly concentrated to my posture and little exercises. He said that a lot of the symptoms sound like a spinal disc herniation but we'll see..
