Road Bike (Trainer) 32:13 [1] 9.04 mi (16.8 mph)

Zero energy and tired legs. Couldn't decide if I should just "suck it up" and try to push through it, or take it easy. Opted for taking it easy.

Slightly less coughing. Pretty sure the 9 pounds I lost during the race were mostly muscle though. Ugh.

Running 36:59 intensity: (9 @0) + (32:07 @1) + (2:56 @2) + (1:47 @3) 4.0 mi (9:15 / mi) +142ft 8:57 / mi

The cough I picked up before Oregon and had the entire race turned into a full blown chest nastiness when I got home. Feeling better but was definitely not feeling a run today but it was too nice not too. When you're on the side of the road coughing so hard a stranger stops in their car to ask if you're OK, you're coughing pretty hard. Definitely feel better for having got it done though.
