Stomach bug: better than yesterday, but stomach still unsettled & explosive at times.

Had intended to go swimming at lunchtime and then to HRR's time trial in the evening, but a stomach bug put paid to that. Felt terrible all day and being sick twice didn't really help matters.

Probably caught it in London or on the train there & back.

Cycle to circuits. Could feel my quads from Saturday's run. Lots of stopping and starting for traffic.

Circuits with Alex, Heather and Hanna. We mainly got the hard exercises out of the way at the beginning. Not quite as hard as last week, as I was timing & keeping us to 45 seconds (apart from the killer glutes exercise & calf raises).
