Tire flips (!) and toes to bar and power cleans. Nothing endurance-y and so I treated it like a normal workout.

benchpress, which are hard for me. I got to 2 times 135. The WoD was way fun. 400 meter run, 21 45lb kettlebell swings, 12 pull ups. Times 3. 14 minute cap. Now that I've learned the kipping trick the pullups were manageable in sets of four. 10:26 for the works.
