interval track workout at Mac. My first track workout in, like, ever. The idea was to do 12 x 400 meter intervals at 90 seconds each with a minute in between. Jordan set the pace with a test lap and we decided to aim a little faster. The times.

The second last one was to get a sense of what it felt like to go a few seconds slower. Crazy the difference. Then spent it all on the last lap. Gonna have to call that a PB for 400 meters.
