Crossfit 1:00:00 [3]

Bent over rows. A good one for me to strengthen my bowed shoulders. Then 9 different exercises at 30 reps. Max out with 30 burpees.

Hole digging 1:00:00 [2]

Nasty horrible ground is yielding inch by inch to my steel pike and shovel. 2 holes dug and ready for posts. The third is 24 inches down. Need to get to 34. Ideally 36, but came across an unconquerably big stone at 34 inches on hole one and so all will be 34. Once the fourth hole is dug, we bring in the 6x6 posts and bag after bag of fast setting cement. Post raising day is set for the upcoming holiday Monday.

One rep max deadlift. Got to 235, better than my previous one rep max by 30 pounds. Sweet.

40 minutes continuous effort. Once around the Valley. slippy mud made it entertainingly dangerous.

This one was over the top, staggering hard. 10 minute tempo, 8 x 2 minute all out intervals, 8 minute tempo. The last two minuters were on K2. Then we went to the base camp 1 (from the Pakistan side to the Nepali side) and used all of K2 as the last 8 minuter. I got airborne and landed in a spectacular heap toward the bottom, but was saved by a muddy landing, rolled, and kept running. Jordan set the pace just out of reach the whole way.

Crossfit 1:00:00 [3]

Cleans. These are the most difficult lifts for me. So much going on; so little aptitude. But what I did in this session was better than what I did last time. Bit by bit.
