Some good general fitness training. Pretty sore knee from day 1 after tripping a couple of times and mustve landed on a rock, sprained ankle on the way to 5. Walked all the way to 6, started running again but really struggled going up the hills. Still couldn't really read the contours or rock detail.
Time practicing in the field is probably the best way to describe this weekend for me.

Mildly competitive today in sections. Made a few key mistakes and didnt have much confidence in my map reading. A few new tracks on the map didnt aid in this confidence either..
