Walking 40:00 [1] 1.9 mi (21:03 / mi)

Out & about in neighborhood fairly early, still cool, people on way to work & kids to school. Strava finally gave some distance after 10-15’ in spite of saying ‘signal acquired’ almost immediately. But don't see a gpx file.
I brought my 310 but left it in the room. Would be fun to get a trace of my whereabouts on the planet. Nothing more than walking. Dip in the pool after.

Note

2/25-7: Travel period to Africa. Nothing in way of exercise Monday day at home. And from about 6:30p Monday until well into Tuesday eve, it was flying/sitting time. 6 hrs to Amsterdam, 11 to Johannesburg with c. 30’ before & after each flt and about 90’ between flts in Amsterdam. Finally arrived at motel in J’burg 2300 local Tu., “slept” til time to get back to airport for continuing flt to Victoria Falls. Arrived VF early PM, started a 3k walk to town, a pleasant lady stopped, picked us up (“too hot”), taking us to Elephant Walk which was not nature path but a crafts market. Later walked to mid-point of Zimbabwe-Zambia Bridge & back to town. Taxi back to lodge after. Still stiff from doing a lot of nothing. Fatigue in long distance travel is a relatively small and temporary price to pay though.

Snow to rain, dreary day. Went to Y around 4:30, first time out of house.
Sunday is good for easy, free parking and low attendance.
