The weather finally changed and currently it's breezy (first wind in a week) and dry. Concord had some 7 days above 90F with equivalent humidity but nonetheless I went inside to the Y after work for today's slowing of the inevitable. Daily running with a
swollen (joint effusion likely) but otherwise normal, ie, painless, ankle has no appeal.
I have a Monday appointment with the vascular surgeon and Wednesday with cardiology - an opportunity to go over various issues, including even synovitis which is what I believe is occurring in the right ankle...and maybe an orthopedist if no mutual insight from the two visits. Sub-clinical trauma and Lyme recurrence are the top two in the ankle puzzle.
