BHS, fine evening. Walked M first. Had enough energy given yesterday off.
Dii several 100s alt then 200s alt.

Got cardiac stress echo today with results I expected but nature of test left out a few bits of data I would have liked to see. Anyway, I should be good to get going. I missed about 9 months of any kind of reasonable training. Also got 9 mos older in an age bracket that makes "catchup" less likely. Seems a good BP response to these sessions.

Cardio 35:05 intensity: (23:05 @2) + (12:00 @3) 2.29 mi (15:19 / mi) +14m 15:02 / mi

BHS track around 7p. Another day over 90F but cloud cover when I was there kept late day sun off of things. Did several 200s (wider V-tach) -- was feeling like I could get beyond 100s & did so. Fairly significant psychological progress. At last summer's O-Ringen, the 400 chutes were jog about 30m, walk about 15-20m until finished. HR by palp was 136 at end.

Met Bob B today, another MV repair, late 60s, very interesting comparison - he at Cleveland Clinic, I (who had surgery scheduled at CC) actually had it at MGH.
