Walking 50:00 [1] 1.5 mi (33:20 / mi)

Drove to Keene today for a field trip on a Saturday afternoon. Have not really ever looked at the city - just pass it by many, many times on the way to points west, mostly for orienteering. A very substantial place, for a NH town. Spent time on Keene State campus and checked out Cheshire Medical Center from parking as well as busy Main St.

It was over 60 for the third day in a row. Thurs & Fri (67F) were records for NH.

Weightexercise workout 35:00 [1]

Also cardio. Temp in the 60s today which started with a rain shower. Saw a topdown convertible yesterday. Took a walk in Rollins Park where a large, attractive stand (maybe 15 rows, 200yds long ea) of red pines had been cut due to bug infestation. Used to run the rows or sit in the shade at lunchtime, reading the paper.

Cardio Rehab 1:00:00 [1]

After an appointment with the cardiologist. It was in the hi 50s today & from 2pm til 6 was spent inside.

Most excitement to the day was helping Mocha out of the stream. She'd gone down the bank on the (steeper) side she never uses and could not get out. And I could not convince her to turn around and cross the stream to the opposite side. She saw no humor in her predicament.

Walking 30:02 [1] 1.01 mi (29:45 / mi) +4m 29:23 / mi

White Park neighborhood walk after work refreshing myself on Strava upload etc.

Also went to Stoneybrook bog with Mocha around 5pm. Tried the ice for variety but it was soft with wet imprints and probably a good foot soaking in the offing with more pursuit.

Cardio Rehab 1:00:00 [1]

First cardiac rehab session. 11 of us, I was one of two new faces. Nothing strenuous at this time. HR not over 85, BP generally below 125/85. Not surprising given 3 effective meds. One highlight was the setting sun flooding in the west windows around 5pm.

Weightexercise workout 30:00 [1]

Y at 5pm - interesting/nice time to go, no parking fee, parked right in front.
Mid-50s today, shorts on some joggers and a few T shirts as well.

Drove to Dunbarton & Goffstown with Beth & M and stopped at Kimball Pond for a dog walk on the way back. Windy at the launch ramp but no bite to it.

Miss the excellent skiing conditions. March should be ok to go somewhat.
