Audubon & SPS - goal was about 60' easy. Wrenched R hamstring yesterday

Still cold, thin ice on Turkey which was steel gray with the western sun on the far side, eclipsed by cloud. Saw a deer.

Nottingcook looking at a proposed SM trail that would cut thru hiking trails - not ok. Saw an old truck with 2 dogs inside belonging to the landowner & individual who had cut the trail, still on his property. On my return pass, one of the dogs pushed its paw thru the plastic, duct-tapped rear window. Was glad to not have been seen on this person's property. Stopped at Bob D's on way back.

Dean-Robinson-trail-OJR-BBR loop. I do like the SM trail paralleling 93 - wide, can see far ahead yet curvey with gentle ups/downs. Didn't see anyone/anything. Wintry cold & windy.

Weights/cardio at Y - cold, rainy day. Wanted a run outside but too much rain.

Fall summary:
- Made the USOC
- Missed the NAOC for HS 50th
- Missed Love the Lakes for boat dlvy, unexpected wx causing change of plans
- Made Townsend
- Missed Quantico because I'd looked no further than Townsend given how the fall went (& when I finally looked, had call which was fine in the end)
The boat dlvy "episode" panned out to two A meets w/ respect to time set aside
BHT & Dover Raid would recompense some. Entered the former, pondering the latter. Would that weather would not be whether or not!

Allen-WHR-BBR loop just before dark. Long time since last done. Needed duct tape under the right 1st MTP which is a sore step away from a blister. Saw two illegal dirt bikers and had a nice conversation with a hunter. Too many cars on BBR. Tiring day, including a b-day party for Juliette, now 3.
