Went for a run with my dad, weather was nice, a bit cool towards the end though. The run was only meant to be between 20 and 30 minutes, but ended up being 1 hour as we weren't sure where we were running, and there was no quick way back. The route started off on a small foot path, then a minor hard dirt road, and then a minor tar road, which is a good mixture for training - luckily no big hills.
