Easy
Nice and easy with Will after watching the team rip up the sprint from the sanctuary of our cabin. Feeling yesterday a bit as expected and confident I'll be flying tomorrow for the Middle Q!

Middle Terrain
Some awesome foresty-marsh area, feeling very fit and did a few race pace controls to see what it was like. Otherwise very easy with lots of stops, exploring the unusual features that were on the map.

Good stuff. HR was probably still pretty high but definitely fit enough for the time being and there's still 6 days to get there anyway. Only feeling the chest a tiny bit and still able to push the pace well.
