I gotta admit that after my last run I was a bit de-motivated with my running shape... didn't even wanna go out and had to force myself to get going... but once I had started, I felt great and everything went so smoothly that I decided to do a longer loop today (which is fine, seeing that I'll be too busy to run tomorrow and on Thursday anyway)... it's funny how your running shape can change from one day to the next but as long as it's a change for the better, I'll take it :)
