Run the Bridge today! Having backed up from soccer and not done many runs i knew it was going to be hard (hence doing 5k not 10k- something that felt pretty soft). I was pretty chilled out for the first 3k or so, prob could have gone a bit faster here however I was unsure of how my body would cope. Lifted the tempo in the final few k, something I could have done a bit earlier.
All up it was a fun race, but not good in terms of time (i'd been hoping for a sub 20 at least).

Warm up was soooo good. If i hadn't done such a long jog before the run I would have struggled a lot more
